Terms & Conditions WangKaya – Platform Usage Rules Malaysia

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the platform wangkaya, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. wangkaya strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one wangkaya account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name or with different details is a serious violation of these terms.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address upon registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and funds being withheld.
• Identity verification: Wangkaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• One account per household: Only one wangkaya account is permitted per IP address or residential address to prevent bonus abuse.

Each member is wangkaya fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. The following are the member's sole responsibilities and cannot be transferred to any other party:

• Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your wangkaya account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. Wangkaya will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Personal use only: A wangkaya account is for the personal use of the registered member only. It may not be used by anyone else, and you may not place bets on behalf of another person.

• Latest information: You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date, especially the email address and phone number used for two-factor authentication.

Wangkaya reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity on any account. During an ongoing investigation, wangkaya may suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

All deposits into the account wangkaya must be made using an approved payment method and in MYR. We accept the following methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per deposit transaction.
• Payment method ownership: You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's account or eWallet are prohibited and may result in funds being held pending ownership verification.
• Processing time: Deposits via local eWallets and FPX are typically credited within seconds to a few minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact wangkaya customer support.
• Fees: wangkaya does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — please check with your service provider.
• Currency: All amounts are in MYR. No foreign currency conversions will be processed.

Member wangkaya are entitled to withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions. Wangkaya endeavours to process all withdrawals promptly and efficiently.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or eWallets are not permitted.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours. Withdrawals via eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are typically completed within minutes of approval.
• Identity verification: Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional identity verification. Wangkaya reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Bonus rollover terms: If you have an active bonus that has not yet met its rollover requirement, withdrawals may be restricted until that requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is voluntarily cancelled.
• Delayed withdrawals: wangkaya reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 7 business days for security review purposes where deemed necessary.

Wangkaya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirement: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A rollover requirement means you must wager an amount equal to a specified multiple of the bonus (for example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying wagers).
• Bonus period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Hedging prohibition: Hedge betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to meet rollover requirements at minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any related winnings.
• One account per promotion: Each promotion is limited to one account only. Members who attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will forfeit all bonuses and risk losing their accounts.
• Right of cancellation: Wangkaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active promotions will not be affected by such changes unless there are security concerns or related misuse.

All bets placed on the platform wangkaya subject to the gaming rules applicable to each betting category. The following are general conditions that apply to all bet types:

• Final result: All betting results are final once calculated and credited to the account. No appeals will be entertained on the grounds of dissatisfaction alone.

For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, cricket, and e-sports, official results from the relevant governing body or recognised sports news sources will serve as the final reference. wangkaya is not liable for any controversial outcomes in actual sporting events that may affect bet settlements.

Wangkaya takes its social responsibility seriously. We are committed to ensuring that this platform remains a form of healthy entertainment and does not become a source of financial hardship or addiction for any of our members. We provide the following tools and resources to help members wangkaya play responsibly:

• Self-imposed deposit limit: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-imposed loss limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit for a defined period to manage their spending.

Wangkaya reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account in the following situations without prior notice:

• Confirmation that the member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.

• Fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, or system manipulation.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Violation of bonus terms including hedge betting.
• Activities related to money laundering.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the member.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, wangkaya reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. Funds not linked to any fraudulent activity will be returned once the investigation concludes within a reasonable timeframe.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wangkaya will not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the wangkaya platform, including anticipated betting losses or loss of opportunity.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond wangkaya's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes that occur within the normal and fair operating parameters of the platform.
• Any losses arising from a compromised account password due to the member's own negligence.

Wangkaya's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.

Wangkaya is committed to protecting the privacy of all members. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are subject to Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

In summary, wangkaya collects the data necessary for registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance with legal requirements.
